Ordering Information:

All ordering is via our secure online system.

Payment Processing:

Payment may be made by major Credit Card, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We process all payments through PayPal which is secure and safe for ordering. PayPal protects against fraud.  We do not offer COD, cash or check options.

Returns:

Of course we want you to be happy.  If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, we will do our best to make things right for situations within our control.  We take great pride in our products, from creation to shipping. We take meticulous care to package and ship your product and while we never expect damage to occur, MWLBC cannot be held responsible or offer refunds for any damage and/or delays that occur once your order has been shipped.  Any shipping delay-related refunds should be discussed directly with the shipping vendor.

Shipping:

We only ship within the USA.  Generally, we ship within 1-2 business days. However, since production time varies by product, estimated shipping times are indicated on each individual product page. Most items ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping to PO Boxes is not available. You will be updated with tracking information so that you may follow your package en route to your home.

MWLBC provides estimated shipping dates based on product information. Occasionally, items are on back order or are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. In such an instance, we will notify you immediately of the delay and you will have the choice to continue with your order or to cancel the order for a full refund.

Rush Shipping Rush Shipping is available for some of our items. Eligible items and corresponding rush shipping charges are indicated as on the product page.

Additional Shipping Charges Some items may require additional shipping charges due to size or special handling requirements. Such costs are clearly notated on the product page as a Delivery Surcharge. In addition APO and FPO delivery addresses may incur additional charges. In this case, we will notify you of the additional charges, and you may choose to either pay the difference or to cancel the order.

Tracking Your Order When applicable a tracking number will be assigned to your package and you will receive the information via email. If you have created an account with us, you will also be able to log in at any time to view your order status.
